Blueprint

Our particular strength is “getting the angle” on the problem. Multidisciplinary approach enables us to propose several innovative solutions; we present them as the Blueprint.

The Blueprint is a product in its own right, containing key epidemiological insights and critical look at evidence. We use flowcharts to detail the relevant clinical events on the patient pathway and to visualise treatment costs.

Finally, we draft a simple model to examine the gaps in evidence and major sensitivities to input data. The Blueprint proposes methods of filling the information gaps and meeting the requirements for robustness to comply with accepted guidelines for analysis and submission.

The Blueprint is delivered as a document with Visio flowcharts and as a Power Point presentation ready for internal and external consultations.
