Prototype

Despite extensive experience in evidence synthesis, data analysis and modelling, we do not take advantage of economies of scale, and we do not recycle solutions. This is a knowledge-intensive cottage industry with evidence and models quickly becoming obsolete in light of changing competitive and regulatory environment.

Each of our products is, therefore, a prototype made to order. It can usually be adapted in different countries and to accommodate upcoming evidence. It also allows different perspectives: that of the patient, the health care system, health care provider, the pharmaceutical company, or health insurer.

Models designed to inform initial stages of drug development are easily adapted to address safety and efficacy, cost-effectiveness and budget impact. For interventions involving specific policies, their health impact can also be modelled to inform assessment.
