We always think outside the box to understand the context of our work, as well as immediate and long-term needs of our Clients. Evidence synthesis, data analysis reports, models or peer-reviewed publications are only partial solutions. In fact, in some situations, we advocate against applying all tools, as often the Blueprint is sufficiently informative.

The solutions are about needs, about impact. The impact can be on patients’ health and their treatment choice, on system efficiency, on innovation, or on all of the above.

Our solutions are cost-effective. We have adopted a matrix-like organisational design, with knowledge at the core and little brick and mortar overheads. Minimum bureaucracy and maximum creativity help us apply the knowledge to create value most efficiently.
